Pascal Raoul, 57, graduated from the Veterinary School in Maison-Alfort in 1984, and completed these studies with an MBA both in France and in Spain (HEC and IESE).
He started his career as a Trade advisor to the Agriculture Attaché of the French Embassy in Spain.
He then joined Elanco Animal health (division group Eli Lilly) in France. He held various national and international positions at Elanco, before returning to Europe as Director R&D and Regulatory Affairs for EU.
Pascal Raoul transitioned to the General Manager position at Lallemand, a Canadian group, in charge of the Animal health and nutrition activities of the group, specialized in the application of probiotics (yeasts en bacteria) in human and animal nutrition.
Since 2010, Pascal Raoul joined the French group Ceva animal health , now 6th largest veterinary company in the world. He was Director of Pharmaceutical Operations (including R&D and Regulatory affairs), before taking on, in 2016, the position of Director of Innovation for the group.
